Celebrated Women’s Day at Nandpur

Artificial Jewellary Making Training

Bandana Peace Foundation has commenced a Community Entrepreneurship Development (CED) Programme supported by Canara Bank, Circle Office, Lucknow, at Village Shahpur Majhgaon, Post Chandrawal, Lucknow. As part of the programme, women from the local community are being provided hands-on training in Artificial Jewellery Making, enabling them to develop practical skills that can be converted into home-based livelihood and small enterprise opportunities. The training is being conducted by Ms. Neha Vishwakarma, who is guiding participants through the practical aspects of jewellery designing, assembly, finishing and product development. The programme focuses on a simple but important pathway: Learn → Practise → Create → Sell → Earn The enthusiasm and active participation of the women reflect the potential of skill development to create pathways towards economic independence, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods. We are pleased to begin this initiative with the support of Canara Bank and look forward to nurturing local women entrepreneurs through continued skill development, product creation and market-oriented opportunities.
